A cosy apartment for 5 people, right in the middle of Chamonix, which makes an ideal base for an active holiday in the Mont Blanc region at any time of year. This ground-floor apartment has been thoughtfully decorated throughout. The living room has a sofa where guests can relax after a busy day. There is a large dining table which seats 5 people and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the open-plan kitchenette, equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee-making machine. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The peaceful master bedroom is just off the living area and has a double bed and good wardrobe space. Sleeping area and living room: The separate sleeping area has bunk beds and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom This modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and W.C. The ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are also close by. Chamonix is well-known for its wide variety of both winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam, which is open all year round. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery, horse riding at the Centre Equèstre de Mont Blanc (10-minute drive), outdoor adventures at Accro’ Parc at Lac des Gaillands (7-minute drive) mountaineering, paragliding, a large outdoor pool and tennis. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages – several of these are right on your doorstep. Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc railway station, which offers free services to other resorts, is just a 5-minute walk away.
